Universal

Automatic conveyor cutting system offering the choice of 6-8-9cm cutting head for all types of production. Universal is a new project capable of accelerating working cycles through both speed and productivity, applying a mix of technical characteristics and innovative materials enabling to reach cutting performances never achieved before.

Freccia

Ideal solution for small or medium productions. Freccia is the automatic conveyor cutting system for mattresses up to 2.5cm, Its strengths are:

The innovative 4kW double turbine system reduces consumption to 4.9kW. The system ensures reduced noise thanks to the 2 turbines with reduced frequency revolutions. The double impeller allows for more efficient suction.

The Just Cut control software allows to set and modify the cutting parameters in a fast, intuitive and safe way.

The Quick Release Valve system allows lightning-fast advances of the cutting belt, drastically reducing production times, especially in the presence of long set-ups.

The machine is equipped with Fanuc electronics. It is available in 3 versions to suit all work needs.

Standard 4kW double turbine (total length of the machine 4.80mt)
Upgrade with 5.5kW double turbine (total machine length 4.80mt)
Short with single 1.1kW turbine (length 3.67mt)

Biliardo

Automatic static table cutting system offering the choice of 2,5-6-8cm cutting heads for small and medium productions. Guaranteed flexibility and quality, from multiple plies to single ply cutting in a few seconds. Particularly suitable for cutting Technical Textiles and Composites.

The innovative Biliardo is a Static Automatic Cutting Unit with the possibility of using the on board spreading machine class 590.

Sample Cutting Machine
