Fully automatic pinking machine for automatic cutting & automatic positioning

This precise pinking machine offers a stunning cutting performance, regardless of which of a wide variety of materials is loaded up. It can be equipped with either a semi or fully automatic feed system, has a laser cut-line indicator and can automatically cut in both the X and Y axes, performing an automatic turning of the table during the pinking process.

This high-tech pinking machine comes in widths of 100/125/160 and also 180cm, for large volume production of textile samples.

It is fast and accurate, regardless of fabric, and can even be used with materials such as leather and artificial leather, felt, laminates and carpet.

Maintenance of this solidly constructed pinking machine is simple, with a quick change of the cutting axis performed via turntable. Self-lubricating bearings further reduce the maintenance workload.

In terms of energy performance, this is a low-energy consuming machine, which also reduces noise levels, thanks to having an electric drive with stop-motor.

Equipment feature choices include a laser cut-line indicator, laser safety device, hand lever and double or fully automatic table feed.
