An efficient polythene shredder machine can work wonders when it comes to reducing waste and recycling polythene materials. Worry not, as i2Europe has a super-efficient polythene shredder that can offer production capacity and power consumption advantages over others.

Thanks to a new design, the TR model shredding mill ensures high performance when you are cutting, shredding, grinding, harrowing and tearing all types of materials, including polythene. These polythene shredders come in widths of 550mm or 870mm, but if you need something smaller, we can also provide a smaller-capacity compact shredder. We can also talk you through what a rotator shredder could offer.

If you want to reach a production capacity with your polythene shredding of up to 600 kg/hr, the TR55 model is worth considering. If you need to reach more like 900Kg/hr, then the TR87 model would suit. Capacity is dependent on the size of final shredding and you can determine that size, simply by selecting the right sieve for your shredded polythene requirements.

The material passes through one of the interchangeable sieves available with the machine, having travelled on a variable-speed conveyor feed belt that transports the polythene through the cutting and shredding process, with or without the use of a feeder silo.

Processing continues inside the machine, until the shredded material is the right size to pass through the sieve. It then drops through and is blown onwards by a fan system.

This is a novel way for a polythene shredder to work, which is why this machine scores so highly when compared to other polythene shredding options. They are all about delivering the outputs needed for keen recyclers, as well as companies in the ecological and environmental services sectors.

The machine does not require stripping down, for simple maintenance tasks such as replacing the cutting blades or cleaning. This shredding mill comes with aperture access systems, enabling the operator to reach all the right places with no fuss or bother.
