Paper and cardboard recycling can achieve greater efficiencies, when the machine used for processing the material is one that optimises the entire process. Our cardboard shredding machine does just that.

Our TR model range shredding mill is a high performance machine that can cut, shred, grind, harrow and tear all types of material, including paper and cardboard. You can have a choice of machine width – either 550mm or 870mm – but if that it too big, you may be better suited to our more compact shredder for smaller capacities, or a rotator shredder.

The cardboard shredding machine is capable of achieving production outputs of up to 600 kg/hr in the TR55 model and 900Kg/hr in the TR87 model, depending on the size of the shredded material that the client ultimately wishes to produce.

It operates in a different way from other cardboard shredding machines, utilising a variable-speed conveyor belt to carry materials through the cutting and shredding process, which can be fed by feeder silo to make life easy. The machine – controlled by your instructions on the control panel – achieves the appropriate size of material to pass through a sieve, with a variety of sieves available, to swap in and out, according to the size of shred you want from a particular batch.

Shredded material passes through the sieve you have selected and then gets blown on by a fan system.
