Natural Fibres Shredding Machine

If you need a machine that can shred natural fibres with ease, our TR model range can tick many boxes.

The TR model range shredding mill is a high performance machine for the cutting, shredding, grinding, harrowing or tearing of all types of material and it can take natural fibres shredding in its stride.

This shredding machine is manufactured to a width of either 550mm or 870mm but, should you want a more compact shredder for smaller capacities, we have alternative options for you and also offer other types of rotator shredder.

The production output of these TR models can reach up to 600 kg/hr for the TR55 model and 900Kg/hr for the TR87 model, depending on the size of final shredding you require for your natural fibres.

The TR range machine differs from other shredding mills that you may consider for your natural fibres. Its operates via a variable-speed conveyor feed belt, which carries the natural fibres into the cutting and shredding system, whilst you adjust the cutting length from the control panel. Should you wish to do so, you can supply the feed belt from a feeder silo.

Once inside the machine, the natural fibres (or other material) is processed until it becomes an appropriate size to pass through an installed sieve, which you can change to suit your needs and size of finished product. The suitably sized shredded material passes through the sieve and is then blown along, using a fan system.

Our TR models can reduce the amount of waste generated , recycling materials by recovering and reusing them (The 4R of recycling). They are particularly suitable for recycling companies and those engaged in ecological and environmental services.

The new design incorporated into this model allows the machine to achieve a higher production capacity and a lower power consumption, thus offering considerable savings over traditional shredding mills.

Furthermore, the replacement of the cutting blades and the cleaning of the machine, are both fast and easy processes, thanks to the shredding mill having handy aperture access systems.
