Shredder For Foam And Polystyrene

Looking for a foam shredding solution? Well, the TR model range of shredding mills may just offer the high performance and reliability that you seek, for all of your foam and polystyrene cutting and shredding needs.

These foam shredding machines are manufactured in either 550mm and 870mm widths, but if you want a more compact shredder, we have choices for those working with smaller capacities and can also supply you with a rotator shredder, if that suits you better.

The production of these foam and polystyrene shredding models can reach up to 600 kg/hr in the TR55 model and 900Kg/hr in the TR87 model, depending on the size of final shredded foam or polystyrene product.

With a new design delivering distinct production, energy and cost advantages over other traditional shredding machines, it is well worth taking a look at the TR range and appreciating how its conveyor feed belt – which can integrate with a feeder silo – could positively impact on your foam and polystyrene recycling and repurposing goals.

You can control the size of shredded foam or polystyrene output by selecting an appropriate sieve size and can swap sieves very simply. The same swift approach can be achieved when replacing the cutting blades or cleaning the machine, thanks to this foam and polystyrene shredding mill’s aperture access systems.
