Roll Cutter for Plastic & Paper

Our paper roll cutter, capable of handling both plastic and paper (roll saw) has a toothed disc for cutting or log-slitting rolls and coils in blocks, strips or ribbons. It is designed to handle both very hard rolls, such as plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene), film, melamine, laminates, and paper and silicone paper or similar, up to 5,000mm wide. In terms of roll diameter, it can work with rolls up to 800mm.

The cradle roller adjustment system on this paper roll cutter machine comes with adjustable spacing, which allows perfect support for the material being cut, regardless of whether it is from the smallest or the largest-diameter rolls.

The roll cutter integrates a blade lubrication system that makes sure you can cut fuses or fusible materials, should you wish to do so.

There is also a useful double-speed cutting head, with one speed for when you are approaching the product (fast) and another for the actual cutting (scheduled).

The rotating head initiates its lateral movement immediately after the blade has moved away from the roll, increasing production, by virtue of reducing preparation time.

Our advanced paper roll cutter comes in 3 different options:

Manual: Here, both the positioning of the head and the cutting of the roll is performed manually by the operator.

Semi-automatic: There are two versions here. In one, the paper (and plastics) roll cutter can automatically make the cut from the roll on the press of a button. In the other option, the rotating head moves automatically to the desired point, where cutting can be performed manually.

Fully automatic: All of the processes can be programmed in and carried out completely automatically, according to the instructions set by the operator, using a the touch screen.

In this automatic version of the roll saw machine, you can optionally install other automated features, such as an automatic feeder roll.
