Roll Feeding

There are numerous roll feeding and unwinding systems, or fabric feeding systems available for use with textile and technical textile machinery. On top of this, a myriad of bespoke systems can be produced for your new or existing line and we can provide you with total machine line solutions, to meet all of your needs.

Roll feeding devices can range from something as simple as a pair of free-running rollers with the ‘roll’ sat loosely on the top, to fully automated feeding systems, which cater for multiple ‘rolls’. Some or all of these can be independently controlled and some even have their own separate edge guiding (web guiding) system.

From the simpler re-rolling machines, to batching arms working with an A-frame to deliver an unwinding function, there are lots of options. You could plump for a jumbo roll unwinding system complete with braking functionality, fabric feed belts or a multi-roll carousel, but there are many more choices available.

We offer roll feeding machines and unwinding systems for many different types of material processing applications, including calendering, bonding/lamination, embossing/debossing, batching, digital printing, cutting/slitting and much more. Feeding options are available to cover web widths up to 6000mm.
