Versatile and simple press packing machine
A versatile machine which uses electrical resistance within its operation. It has a compression system to squeeze the product/air from the bag with final welding on the open side before sealing. The machine can generate continuous pressure and temperature, depending on the product to be packaged and the bags used.
The system is easy to operate and the controls are arranged with ease of use in mind. All activation of the press unit and the welding function is achieved through the control panel. Its press vacuum packaging functionality meets international standards for broader safety and this in enhanced by the strength and quality of its components.
The operation of the fabric press and the vacuum packaging function is very simple and the machine features pressure gauges that put the operator in total control. When operating it, the material to be pressed is first deposited on the press tray. By simultaneously pressing the two action knobs, the machine presses the material up to the previously defined pressure limits. It then carries out the plastic bag welding, according to the desired parameters. Once the procedure is completed, the material is perfectly pressed and packaged.

- adjustable pressure system, which can easily regulate the pressure to be exerted on the product to be packaged.
- adjustable press height, adaptable to the desired height of the compressed material.
