When you are manufacturing high-volume materials and fabrics, you need a pressing machine, or vacuum packing machine, as it may also be known, that can cope with output and make life easier. Activation of this pressing machine is truly simply, requiring the use of just two control knobs, considerately positioned to make life easier for the operator. When you wish to trigger the ejection module, you simply press a pedal.

The tray press comes in a wide variety of sizes and is where the material for bagging is deposited. By simultaneously pressing the two command controls, the operator can release the material.

The amount of pressure applied is completely adjustable, so any material is perfectly pressed and made ready for introduction to the final desired container, whether that is a plastic bag or a box, or something else.

The operator introduces the container that will hold the pressed product on to the blades and, when they apply the pedal pressure, sees the material ejected into the bag, leaving it perfectly bagged and presented.
