This pillow pressing and rolling machine is a godsend for those manufacturers handling high-volume textile production, where the requirement is to later bag the product.

It both rolls and reduces the volume of pillows and much more besides – cushions, quilts, eiderdowns, comforters, blankets and similar products. Having tackled that part of the process, it introduces them into bags, boxes or other types of container.

This high-volume packaging machine is much-loved by pillow packagers and is available in various widths, up to 800cm, and can come with interchangeable cases, which enable several winding diameters to be worked on the same machine.

Dual-switch and pedal controlled, in an easy-to-operate way, this machine is an efficient packaging press that facilitates large-volume textile material bagging.

Simply deposit the bagging material on the machine’s auxiliary table and feed it into the rolling cylinder. Press the control commands and the material will be rolled inside the cylinder, prior to removal – a process easily effected by simply pressing on a pedal. The end result is a perfectly wrapped product, sitting in your chosen bag, box or container.

Controls are conveniently placed to assist the operator and little training is required. Don’t let the simplicity fool you, however, as all latest international safety standards are met, and protection systems are built in, to ensure you can deliver your health and safety duty of care.
