Encasing Machine
Encasing machines for foam, latex and memory foam into the final recipient. System with a sturdy structure and high outputs with only one operator. An encasing machine automatically inserts items such as pillows and cushions into their casing and is a real time-saver. Whether handling latex, viscoelastic, fibre wadding, sponge, foam or memory foam, our encasing machines are sturdy and reliable and offer high outputs, with only one machine operator required, to oversee the process.
To use the encasing machine, the operator places the item that needs to be inserted, on to the feeding mechanism, which consists of a set of rollers. The cover for that item is then placed on the opposite side of the machine, before pressing the drive pedal. This sends the item to the introducer unit – a group of strategically located belts which reduce its volume. This contraction of the item assists in the introduction of the item into its case.
