Inspection and Rewinding Machine

The Inspection and Rewinding machine with backlight screens provide fast, easy quality control and measure fabric lengths. These machines can have a built-in lay manual or semi automatic end cutter for increased efficiency in production. A perfect choice for all textile manufacturers and businesses that deal with different fabric types.

The machine winds fabric from a roll placed inside the cradle on a core placed on the winding shaft. The winding speed is 50-60m/min and comes with a mechanical counter which can be in yards or meters. The sturdy frame is made from powder coated steel.

A compact, small and light construction may be added to your existing setup of cutting tables. This is a perfect machine for quick and efficient winding of fabrics which is ideal of wholesale fabric resellers.

The machine can be equipped with a fluent speed regulation control which is controlled via foot pedal.

Another option includes a cut-to-length section in addition to the inspection element. This is extremely popular in the roller blind manufacturing industry. The machine allows rewinding, inspection and cut-to-length of blinds fabric rolls up to 3000mm width. The machine features an inbuilt barcode scanner for task input as well as a label printer too.
