Cutting Table
This cutting table enables cutting across various materials and offers the ability to cut in both axis. It provides replaceable cutting heads, such as ultrasonic or mechanical round knives, suitable for different fabric types. The table features a manual roll centering system and a clamp foot switcher, which utilises a metal cable stretched along the table. Clamps can also be operated using a clamp switcher on the touchscreen interface. The table’s operation is facilitated by a configurable multilingual touchscreen menu.
Pneumatic fabric clamps are incorporated, allowing the operator to control them either with a wire stretched along the table or through the touchscreen. The machine includes a fabric end sensor, which automatically detects the fabric edge and retracts the knife, resulting in a faster cutting cycle. The knife cart stops automatically after cutting the fabric piece and returns. Additionally, there is a wide backlight inspection module positioned between the fabric feed rolls and the cutting line.
