Compact Shredder

The compact shredder is a crusher for shredding, harrowing, grinding, chopping all kinds of materials. It’s a shredding mill type machine, but more suitable for companies where processing costs are important and capacities are not quite as large.

The compact shredder has a useful working width of 300 mm for chopping and shredding into particles between 5 and 50 millimetres. The production capacity of this machine can reach up to 200 Kg/hour, depending on model, material and shredding size.

Cleaning the shredder or blade replacement is carried out quickly and easily by opening the top cover of the machine. Fully compliant with all the relevant international safety standards. The sieve is completely interchangeable to achieve the desired amount of shredding to be achieved

The shredding process starts with feeding the product into the shredding mouth where the materials pass on to the rotary cutting system. After cutting the material passes through a sieve that screens and calibrates the final size of the product. Finally, a suction system completely evacuates the material from the cutting head area.

Accessories available:

  • Bagging or sacking-off for shredded material
  • Compact and high capacity versions, single and double units can be manufactured
  • Larger capacity drives may be incorporated into the vacuum system
