Using a Pneumatic Press can significantly improve efficiency, productivity and quality of your chair manufacturing process. The press is a perfect machine for office chair seats or backrest upholstery.

The control device with two-hand button control system ensures safety when operating the press. It’s also possible to adjust the pressing force using the air pressure regulator.

One of the Pneumatic Press machines also includes a drawstring system to attach the fabric to the seat base, this is in addition to glue.

The long stroke of the pneumatic cylinder and tower telescopic stand allow adjusting press to a comfortable height for the operator. The press provides controllable and even pressing of the chair.

So there is no need to pull the material to ensure its correct tension. The rotary cushion makes upholstery manufacturing easy as well as the hand wheel to adjust pressure.

The range also includes larger Pneumatic Press machines which are designed for the furniture industry. The machine provides an even compression of springs or foam to the desired thickness over the entire surface. This machine can be operated by one individual too.
