Here at i2Europe, we have a number of product packaging machine options available, capable of handling complex items. We also offer both automatic and semi-automatic systems for products and rolls.

We can also offer press and vacuum packaging systems for items such as quilt, eiderdowns, blankets and pillows. The machines can accommodate varying product sizes and forms, or are available as a unit that handle just uniform packages – useful when the machinery or line is only adjusted between production runs.

Manual operations or semi-automatic operations suit some who are seeking a product packaging machine, but fully automated packaging lines offer added advantages to some customers. Naturally, it helps control labour costs, but quality can also be more consistent and throughput can be optimised.

Our fully automatic product packaging machines often include conveyors and other ancillary equipment and, although some of our systems may appear to be complex, we can provide solutions and ideas for most textile or similar requirements, which are relatively easy to handle, in every case, no matter what technology accompanies them.

We offer roll diameter reduction systems as part of our machine solution and can, for example, reduce a foam roll by 50-60% before processing.

Choosing the correct machinery requires an assessment of technical capabilities, labour requirements, worker safety, maintainability, serviceability, reliability, the ability to integrate into the new line if necessary, capital costs, floorspace, flexibility (change-over, materials, multiple products and so on), energy, quality control, throughput, efficiency, productivity, ergonomics and, ultimately, a consideration of what level of return on investment can be enjoyed.
