Here at i2Europe, we have a range of vacuum presses available, offering you a choice of vacuum packing machines in various dimensions, to accommodate the packaging of differently sized products. In addition, we have roll packaging solutions, which are both semi and fully-automatic.

The textile material vacuum packing machine is simple to use and very versatile, being similar in design to other press products that we can supply. The advantage, however, is that the plastic bag used as the container for the product is welded on one side, through the application of continuous pressure and temperature, with the degree varying according to the product to be packaged. It also creates a smaller container for the product, thus reducing the volume of finished packed product to be stored or shipped.

The vacuum packing machine meets international safety standards for safety and this is further guaranteed by virtue of only using strong and quality components.

The vacuum press and packer’s operation is very simple:

the operator simply deposits the material to be pressed on the press tray.
they then simultaneously press two action knobs, which enables material to be pressed up to the previously defined pressure limits.
they then weld the plastic bag, to seal the contents according to the pre-defined parameters.

This vacuum packing machine features pressure gauges, which facilitate the total control of the operator.

It is suitable for handling a large array of materials, such as:
